The App requests access to Apple's HealthKit framework to record your "Mindful Minutes" after each stretch session.

• Data Usage: We use HealthKit data solely to help you track your wellness consistency and provide a history of your activities within the App.
• Storage & Sharing: Your HealthKit data is stored locally on your device and synced with Apple Health. We do not collect, store on external servers, or share your health data with any third parties or advertising agencies.
• User Control: You can grant or revoke access to HealthKit data at any time through the iOS Settings app.

3. Subscription & Payment Data

All purchases and subscriptions are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We do not have access to your credit card information or billing address.

We do not require user accounts. We do not collect personal identifiers such as names, phone numbers, or locations. We may use anonymous, non-personal analytical data (via RevenueCat) to improve app performance and subscription stability.
