「Karte」（以下、「本アプリ」といいます）は、個人サロン向け顧客・カルテ管理サービスを提供しています。本アプリでは、ユーザーおよびその顧客のプライバシーを最優先に考え、個人情報の保護に努めています。本アプリにおける個人情報の取り扱いについて、以下の通りプライバシーポリシーを定めます。
本アプリは、ユーザーがアプリ内に入力した顧客情報、施術記録、写真、売上データなどの個人情報を、開発者側の外部サーバーに収集・蓄積することは一切ありません。
本アプリに入力されたすべてのデータは、ユーザーがお使いの端末内（ローカルストレージ）にのみ安全に保存されます。データの管理およびバックアップ（データの書き出し・読み込み機能の利用を含む）は、ユーザー自身の責任において行われるものとします。
本アプリは、プレミアム機能の提供にあたりApple社の提供するApp Storeの決済システム（StoreKit）を利用しています。購入手続き、決済、およびサブスクリプションの管理はすべてApple社を通じて安全に行われ、開発者がユーザーのクレジットカード情報や決済詳細を入手することはありません。
本アプリは、法令の制定・改正やアプリのアップデートに伴い、本プライバシーポリシーをいつでも変更することができるものとします。変更後のプライバシーポリシーは、本アプリ内または所定の場所に掲載された時点から効力を生じるものとします。

"Karte" (hereinafter referred to as "the App") provides a client and treatment record management service for independent salon owners. We prioritize the privacy of our users and their clients and are committed to protecting personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines how your data is handled within the App.
The App does not collect, monitor, or store any personal data entered by the user—including client profiles, treatment records, photos, and sales statistics—on any external servers managed by the developer.
All data entered into the App is stored securely and exclusively on the user's own device (local storage). The management and backup of this data (including the use of data export and import features) are the sole responsibility of the user.
